Cigna was hit with an ERISA class action on Friday in Connecticut District Court. The suit, brought by Motley Rice and Izard Kindall & Raabe, accuses the defendant of routinely overcharging for medical services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:23-cv-00243, Srednicki v. Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co.
