Michael Best & Friedrich filed a trademark lawsuit Friday in Wisconsin Western District Court on behalf of Springs Window Fashions over its Graber trademark. The suit takes aim at Tukka Properties, owner of a senior care center located in close proximity to the plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:20-cv-00940, Springs Window Fashions LLC v. Tukka Properties Inc.
