Cedar Fair, a theme park chain headquartered in Ohio, was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court for alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court case was brought by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of a former administrative worker who claims that she was denied reasonable accommodation for a medical condition. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-02410, Spinelli v. Cedar Fair, L.P.
