Southern States Material Handling filed a trade secrets lawsuit on Monday in Florida Middle District Court. The suit, brought by Holland & Knight, accuses two former employees of misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information to form director competitor Liftco LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00549, Southern States Material Handling Inc. v. Liftco LLC et al.
