CVS Pharmacy was hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit on April 15 in South Carolina Circuit Court for Richland County. The suit, filed by George Sink, PA Injury Lawyers on behalf of the parents and their minor son, accuses the defendant of making an error in in filling the plaintiff's Abilify prescription.
