Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and other defendants were hit with a premises liability lawsuit on Jan. 19 in South Carolina Circuit Court for Pickens County. The court action was filed by The Eddy Law Firm on behalf of two plaintiffs who were allegedly injured by bedbug bites. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
