Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and Crestline Construction LLC were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Oct. 7 in South Carolina Circuit Court for Lexington County. The lawsuit, which seeks to recover over $66,000 in construction payment bonds, was brought by Bruner Powell Robbins Wall & Mullins on behalf of Armstrong Contractors LLC.
