Janis B. Keyser, a long-serving Palm Beach Circuit Court judge known for her keen legal mind and treating every litigant with respect, succumbed to cancer on Monday. She was 64 years old. Keyser spent more than a decade on the state court bench, and Palm Beach Circuit Chief Judge Glenn Kelley served by her side for most of those years. Kelley said his former colleague's death was a devastating loss to the circuit court.
