Shutts & Bowen and Perkins Coie filed a patent lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Solutex. The complaint targets Designs for Health. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:20-cv-00800, Solutex N.A. LLC v. Designs for Health Inc.
