More than 50 class actions have been filed over the Snowflake data breach, many naming other defendants like Ticketmaster and AT&T. A July 29 motion asks the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to send the cases to U.S. District Chief Judge Brian Morris in the District of Montana, where Snowflake is based. Defendants, which also include Advance Auto Parts and Cricket Wireless, have turned to firms like Quinn Emanuel, Baker & Hostetler and Paul Hastings to defend against the suits.
