Shannon Eagan, Patrick Gibbs and Tijana Brien from Cooley have stepped in to represent AcelRx Pharmaceuticals Inc., CEO Vincent J. Angotti and CFO Raffi Asadorian in a pending securities class action. The suit, for allegedly false claims about the risks of DSUVIA, medication for the treatment of acute pain, was filed June 8 in California Northern District Court by Pomerantz LLP.
