Jackson Lewis and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher on Thursday removed a legal malpractice suit against an in-house attorney at UBS Financial Services to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Caplan Cobb on behalf of former UBS investment advisor Bruce Smith, centers on Goldman's role representing UBS and Smith individually in an SEC investigation. The case is 1:21-cv-04390, Smith v. Goldman.
