Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Bruce McCulloch has entered an appearance for Cinven, a global private equity firm, in a pending antitrust class action. The complaint, filed Dec. 14 in New York Southern District Court by Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer, accuses the defendants of conspiring to artificially increase prices of concrete admixtures and cement additives. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Dale E. Ho, is 1:23-cv-10875, Smba Construction, LLC v. Sika Corporation et al.
