Attorneys at Margolis Edelstein on Monday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Lower Paxton Township to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Brownstein Vitale & Weiss on behalf of the Estate of Wally Small, who died from injuries caused by a motor vehicle collision following a high speed chase by law enforcement. The case is 1:22-cv-01146, Small v. Lower Paxton Township.
