Attorneys at Gibbons on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Cigna, the health insurer, to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by SM Law on behalf of NEC Eastside Emergency Center and other plaintiffs. The case is 3:21-cv-20608, Sm Physicians & Emergency Centers Holdings Corporation, AS Assignee Of NEC Yorktown Emergency, LP et al v. Cigna Health And Life Insurance Company.
