The lawsuit, which pertains to long-term disability benefits, was filed by Rogers, Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Courtney M. Sizemore. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01822, Sizemore v. Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
