Expeditors Intl. of Washington, a global logistics company headquartered in Seattle, and other defendants were sued Friday in New Jersey District Court over a maritime contract dispute. The lawsuit was filed by attorney Timothy Barrow on behalf of Siaci Saint Honore and centers on the shipment of 1,292 cartons of cosmetics from Milan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-01460, Siaci Saint Honore v. M/V MSC Maria Elena et al.
