Amazon.com was sued Monday in Texas Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by Kilgore & Kilgore PLLC on behalf of Ashutosh Sharma, who alleges he was discriminated against because of his age, accent and disability. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-02486, Sharma v. Amazon Web Services Inc.
