Attorneys at Kaufman Dolowich Voluck on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Weltman, Weinberg and Reis to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, was filed by attorney Vicki Piontek Esq. on behalf of Fay Shank. The case is 1:21-cv-01500, Shank v. Weltman, Weinberg and Reis, Co. LPA.
