The contentious legal fight between Kline & Specter and ex-associate Thomas Bosworth appears to be reaching an end.After more than a year and a half of escalating litigation, the parties on Aug. 16 informed the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas that they had resolved several of the lawsuits between them.Neither the parties nor their counsel responded to requests for comment. Court filings did not contain details about the terms of the settlements, but they appeared to leave Kline & Specter with something of an upper hand.
