Baker & Hostetler filed a trade secret lawsuit Friday in Florida Northern District Court on behalf of fintech company Serrala US Corporation. The suit brings claims against a former data archiving consultant for the company. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-00907, Serrala US Corporation v. Paschke et al.
