Mark Black, a senior Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. attorney, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiring to sexually exploit children and now will face at least 15 years in prison. Black was working in the FDIC's Office of General Counsel until the agency last fall learned of the criminal matter and suspended him.
