Gene Levoff, a former Apple lawyer and corporate secretary accused of trading on inside information he gleaned from non-public earnings reports, was sentenced to four years probation and six months of location monitoring by a federal judge.Levoff initially fought the charges, but pleaded guilty in 2022 to five counts of securities fraud.
