Litchfield Cavo filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Security National Insurance. The complaint seeks a declaration that Security National has no duty to defend or indemnify ZDS Construction in two underlying lawsuits stemming from a fatal slip-and-fall at a construction site. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-22263, Security National Insurance Co. v. ZDS Construction Corp. et al.
