Attorneys at Roper P.A. on Wednesday removed a civil rights lawsuit against Winter Park Chief of Police Michael Deal and other defendants to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Bobbie Fischer Sapp, who alleges the officers used excessive force while trying to arrest her. The case is 6:21-cv-01515, Sapp v. Deal et al.
