Lawyers at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Gourmet Innovations West Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by the Moseley Marcinak Law Group on behalf of Saia Motor Freight Line LLC, alleges the defendant failed to pay for transportation services provided.
