AT&T and AFNI Inc. were sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The court action was filed by Kimmel & Silverman on behalf of Ellen Rubinstein. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:23-cv-01139, Rubinstein v. AT&T, Inc. et al.
