Paige F. Macdonald-Matthes, Elizabeth K. Lilienthal and Joshua B Kaplan of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel has entered an appearance for NRA Group in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The suit was filed Aug. 25 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court by Pillar + Aught on behalf of a female former employee alleging sexual harassment and retaliation. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Yvette Kane, is 1:21-cv-01472, Rothenhoefer v. NRA Group LLC.
