Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Ty Rogers. The suit pursues claims against Bailey Kirk for alleged nonpayment of $1,076,310. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00969, Rogers v. Kirk.
