Facebook was hit with a civil rights class action Monday in Florida Middle District Court. The suit, brought by Metropolitan Law Group, alleges that Facebook has stifled free speech and censored non-favored viewpoints related to COVID-19 by labeling it misinformation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:21-cv-01749, Rogalinski v. Facebook Inc.
