Counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Tuesday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against supermarket owner The Giant Company and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Hof & Reid on behalf of Gloria Roeder, who contends that her husband passed away after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine due to defendants' negligence. The case is 5:22-cv-01796, Roeder v. Polovitch et al.
