The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Mayo Clinic and other medical centers were hit with a lawsuit Monday in Minnesota District Court asserting claims of religious freedom amid COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The court action was brought by Mohrman Kaardal & Erickson on behalf of a slew of anonymous medical workers. The case is 0:21-cv-02127, Roe 1 et al v. Allina Health System et al.
