Unum Group, a Tennessee-based insurance firm, was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court case, pertaining to long-term disability benefits, was filed by Rogers & Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Donna Robinson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00132, Robinson v. Unum Life Insurance Company of America.
