Hannah Symonds of Wilson Elser has entered an appearance for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. in a pending ERISA lawsuit. The complaint, pertaining to long-term disability benefits, was filed Nov. 3 in North Carolina Eastern District Court by Winslow Wetsch PLLC on behalf of Phillip Roberts. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Louise Wood Flanagan, is 5:23-cv-00636, Roberts v. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company.
