Counsel at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Wednesday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alaris Health LLC and its Hamilton Park location to New Jersey District Court. The suit accuses the defendants of intentionally misrepresenting the risk of COVID-19 at the long-term care facility. The court action was filed by Matsikoudis & Fanciullo on behalf of the Estate of Cheryl Roberts, a former certified nursing assistant for defendants who died in April 2020 after contracting COVID-19. The case is 2:22-cv-02298, Roberts et al v. Alaris Health at Hamilton Park et al.
