Counsel at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott on Wednesday removed a legal malpractice lawsuit against attorney Mitchell J. Kassoff to New Jersey District Court. The suit filed by Tobin, Kessler, Greenstein, Caruso, Wiener & Konray on behalf of Le Macaron LLC and Jean Francois Rigollet. The case is 2:21-cv-15587, Rigollet et al. v. Kassoff.
