Littler Mendelson partner Dionysia L. Johnson-Massie has entered an appearance for the New Georgia Project Action Fund in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The case, filed June 21 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of an executive assistant, accuses the defendant of terminating the plaintiff's employment because he rejected the defendant's sexual advances. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark H. Cohen, is 1:24-cv-02746, Rigby v. New Georgia Project Action Fund, Inc.
