Duane Morris filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Ricoh USA alleging failure to pay a minimum of $2.4 million for office equipment. The complaint brings claims against Innovative Software Solution Inc. and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:20-cv-04025, Ricoh USA Inc. v. Innovative Software Solution Inc. et al.
