Restoration Action Inc., a conservative political advocacy organization, sued a former Trump administration official Wednesday in Virginia Eastern District Court for trademark infringement. The suit, filed by Holland & Knight, seeks to block Russell Vought from launching a separate political organization under the banner The Center for American Restoration.
