Hawkins Parnell & Young filed a trade secret lawsuit Monday in Kentucky Western District Court on behalf of health care provider Res-Care. The complaint targets DB Grant Associates and former Res-Care executive Timothy Foster for allegedly misappropriating confidential information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00150, Res-Care, Inc. v. Foster et al.
