Holland & Knight filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Remembrance Group, a Florida-based funeral home operator. The suit pursues claims against Troy K. Centazzo, the company's former president. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-00675, Remembrance Group, Inc. v. Centazzo.
