Morgan & Morgan filed a data breach class action Friday in Georgia Northern District Court against The Paradies Shops, a major operator of retail and dining establishments in airports. The suit, which accuses Paradies of failing to implement adequate data security measures, arises from a 2020 breach impacting the personal information of current and former employees.
