Norfolk Southern, a Virginia-based rail transportation and logistics company, was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Insight PLC on behalf of Rail Assets LLC, asserts a single patent related to a railroad vehicle accident video recording method. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
