Counsel at Blank Rome on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Roosevelt Inn, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Alpha-Centurion Security, Ritz Hotel Group, Ashoka Investments & Management Services, Ramara Inc. and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, which pertains to alleged sex trafficking activity, was filed by Kline & Specter on behalf of an unidentified plaintiff. Wyndham is represented by DLA Piper.
