Adam S. Gross and Catalina Cadavid of Jackson Lewis have stepped in as defense counsel to Giuseppe Bruno and Sistina Restaurant Inc. in a pending class action over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The complaint was filed Feb. 18 in New York Southern District Court by Brown Kwon & Lam on behalf of covered workers at a restaurant company. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr., is 1:21-cv-01474, Quaglia v. Sistina Restaurant Inc. et al.
