Collin Hong of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler has entered an appearance for Brooks Sports Inc., an American sports equipment company, in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The complaint, filed June 27 in Washington Western District Court by Quarles & Brady and Lowe Graham Jones on behalf of Puma, contends that the defendant's Aurora-BL and Hyperion lines of running sneakers violate several patents belonging to the plaintiff.
