Publix Super Markets and Publix Asset Management Company sued Packable Holdings LLC and Pharmapacks LLC Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court over trademark claims. The complaint, filed by Holland & Knight, accuses the defendants of infringing on Publix's signature 'P' logo by using a single 'P' in the same sans serif typeface. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-02404, Publix Asset Management Company et al. v. Pharmapacks, LLC et al.
