Akerman filed a trademark lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Proeduca Altus S.A. and Universidad Internacional De La Rioja S.A. The suit names Technology Trade Group Inc. and other defendants. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief against defendants' alleged unlawful use plaintiffs' UNIR marks and domain name. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-22639, Proeduca Altus S.A. et al. v. Technology Trade Group Inc. et al.
