Korein Tillery and Watts Guerra LLC filed a lawsuit Thursday in Illinois Southern District Court against Chevron, Syngenta AG and Syngenta Crop Protection. The complaint, part of a string of similar suits, was brought on behalf of Ellis Pratt, who claims that he suffers from Parkinson’s disease caused by exposure to the herbicide Paraquat. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-00406, Pratt v. Syngenta Crop Protection LLC et al.
