Quest Diagnostics was hit with a wage-and-hour class action Monday in Virginia Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Patten, Wornom, Hatten & Diamonstein on behalf of individuals employed by the defendant as phlebotomists who contend that they were not paid for overtime hours worked. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00080, Pope v. Quest Diagnostics Incorporated.
